If you have been doing this work for a while, you know the feeling. A client is stuck. You have tried what you know. The work is good — and yet something isn't moving. Or perhaps it's you who senses it's time to go deeper, to refresh how you're working, to add something to your practice that gets to the root of what other tools circle around.
Orders of Change is a three day in-person intensive that equips coaches, HR and OD practitioners, and change leaders with one of the most powerful — and often underestimated — methodologies in the field: Systemic Constellations, rooted in Hellinger's Systemic Theory.
It doesn't replace what you already bring. It deepens it.
Over three days, that unfold as one continuous arc, you will develop a new capacity to read what's invisible in a system — the loyalties, the patterns, the unspoken orders that drive behaviour across teams, organisations, families, and communities. You will work with constellation tools that you can begin applying with clients straight away.
And you will do this inside a community that is itself part of the method — a held space where the learning happens with and through each other. In these times, coming together to deepen our understanding of systems is not incidental. It is the work.

Each day builds on the last. This is not a collection of modules — it is one continuous journey, held and facilitated with care.
DAY ONE
Finding your place in the order
We orient. You will begin to understand the principles that underpin this work — and start to see through a systemic lens in a way that is both new and, for many, deeply familiar. The foundations are laid here, and the community begins to form.
DAY TWO
When the order speaks
The work becomes experiential. Live constellation work within the group surfaces what theory alone cannot reach. This day is less about learning and more about knowing — the kind that comes through witnessing and being witnessed in a held space.
DAY THREE
Restoring the order — and taking it forward
We integrate - we focus on its application in your own life looking at your own business or organization and your personal goals. You will leave with structural tools you can begin using — with clients, with teams, and within yourself. Space is held for what has moved personally. A shift in your own patterns and understanding is available here, for those willing to meet the work.

There's something about constellations that gets to a nonverbal place... it kind of takes you out of your normal rational problem solving, which has limits. It's able to access something that we don't always have access to — or we always have access to it, but we don't think about it. So it's like a different way of revealing what's true.
It's a way of getting underneath our logic. And then what you call that is just being present to what's true in a system at a level that we don't normally talk about.
If people knew how to fix what was going on with their logic brain, they would have already. So we try to solve it in ways that we think are right — and what this does is save you a lot of trouble. It helps you understand what the issue actually is. Not what you think it might be."
