Time to Elevate

2025 Edition

Reconnecting for a Purpose.

Recommitting in a Changing Landscape.

CURIOSITY AS OUR COMPASS.

COMMUNITY AS OUR STRENGTH.

2020

In 2020, we came together during a pivotal moment of awakening and action following the murder of George Floyd. You became a part of a community bound by a shared commitment to understand racial justice, equity, and our personal roles in creating meaningful change.

Now, we're calling this community back together at a critical juncture.

Our Time To Elevate Masterclass in 2020 created a safe, open environment for participants to explore systemic racism and developing meaningful anti-racist practices. The program sought to balance education with action, helping you to explore and  understand white privilege, systemic oppression, and the foundations of an anti-racist stance.

We tool a strategic and systemic approach where participants:
  •  Explored the historical roots of racism ("the system is not broken, it was built this way")
  •  Deepened understanding of the White Identity model
  •  Received coaching support
  •  Identified concrete actions to positively impact BIPOC communities
Our work with you work in 2020 was built on the principle that meaningful insights and education must lead to actionable change, helping organizations create workplaces that are truly anti-racist, diverse, equitable, and inclusive.

Time to Elevate 2025 Edition

This April, join us for a powerful two session program designed to reignite our collective commitment and advance our work toward a more just and equitable world.

This April, we will :

  • Reconnect as a community bound by shared values.
  • Assess what's changed and how we must adapt- what is our work now?
  • Identify strategies that can remain effective in this current environment.
  • Recommit to the work with greater resilience and focus.
  • Draw strength from a community that understands both the challenges and the importance of continuing to strive to be better.

WHERE WE ARE NOW?

The landscape has shifted dramatically since we first gathered in 2020.

The pushback against DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) programs is gaining steam. Some states are restricting these initiatives, including universities, while many companies are quietly revamping or reducing their DEI efforts.

This trend is set to continue and we have to figure out for ourselves how we respond.

It is a difficult time for so many people. And this is why we feel the need to gather again.

What to Expect:

2 focused Zoom sessions over a 2 week period in April. The 2nd session is your accountability session.

A supportive community of practice with familiar faces and new allies.

Strategies to navigate this challenging new environment while staying true to our values.

Space to reflect on our journey since 2020 and adapt our approaches for maximum impact going forward.

And then we can see what else we may want to create. .

 Registration is now open.

Will you join us as? As we elevate our understanding, our commitment, and our impact when it's needed most?

Spaces are limited to ensure meaningful engagement for all participants.

FIVE YEARS AGO...

We gathered to learn what it truly means to be anti-racist, to understand how to show up as allies, and to commit to being the change rather than just talking about it.

Today, the work continues—with greater urgency and complexity.

We must be more strategic, more resilient, and more committed than ever before.

This program is for those who:

  • Belonged to our original 2020 community.
  • Are new to Time to Elevate and want to engage in this collective conversation.
  • Remain serious about turning understanding into action.
  • Want to reconnect with like-minded individuals committed to equity and inclusion.
  • Are ready to elevate their practice and impact in 2025's challenging environment.

We don't purport to have all the answers and we are committed to asking the right questions and learning together along the way.
